Slow Living Topics

Essentialism.

The disciplined pursuit of less - but better. Otherwise known as minimalism for your life. We’re exploring wanting less and living more. Allowing the tyranny of the urgent to fade….and the important to rise to the surface.

Slow Living.

Designing a life that has a slower pace doesn’t happen by accident. It needs to be curated. From the type of home we create, to the habits and rhythms we adopt. They all play a part in eliminating hurry and being present.

Slow Relationships.

From family to friends we all can recognise the need to be slow down and be fully present. To go beyond mere ‘connection’. To be seen, heard, loved and respected & do the same for others.

Slow Business.

Either we run our business, or our business runs us. A slow business is one that can serve both you and your clients. Not rushing round hitting deadlines, but purposefully creating impact and income.

Slow Home.

Creating a more minimal home that is a sanctuary and fills your tank. One that you love to be in, is intentionally curated and enables you to live from a place of safety, gratitude and fullness.

Slow Rhythms.

Our lives are largely shaped by our rhythms - yearly, weekly and daily. By paying attention to them we can create ones that serve us rather than rush us.

Slow Food.

We nourish our bodies multiple times a day. By respecting our bodies and creating times to be present we can change the experience of our day & how we feel.

Slow Schedule.

When we know our values we are able to have a clearer ‘yes’ and a clearer ‘no.’ This leads to healthy boundaries, avoiding burnout and a pace that is life-giving instead of draining.

Slow Body.

Our bodies can give us lots of information about how we are interacting with life. Through fitness, flexibility, breathing & awareness we can increase our ability to learn about ourselves, others and make the most of the moments we have.

Slow Spirituality.

Hurry and spiritual depth are mutually exclusive. When we embrace a new pace of spirituality we are able to live more attuned to what matters most.

Slow Parenting.

The pace of our lives flows into our parenting. As we create more space in our own lives we can parent with more intentionality, thinking about the longer term rather than being reactionary.

Slowing Down Internally.

This is the desire of so many of us. To be at rest and have peace internally. We can work from the inside out, or outside in. Slowing down internally and then ordering our outer world. More often we reorder our outer world, paying attention to, and dealing with what’s within to then be able to slow down.
